Reggie D. Bell was most recently Vice President of RealtiCorp Commercial Investment Fund. Reggie holds a degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and has a background in all aspects of commercial real estate from due diligence, investment analysis and finance to land entitlement and vertical development. Reggie spent 15 years in commercial construction and development before becoming the manager of a multi-million dollar commercial investment fund. Reggie currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Greenville County Planning Commission and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. Reggie resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Casey and son Davis.

A.Todd Justice was most recently President of USC Capital Funding,LLC. His professional career consisted mostly of investment real estate acquisitions both Commercial and Residential. He has served and continues to serve many non-profit organizations in his community. He is a member of Thornblade Country Club. He also is a past board member of The United Way of Beaufort. As a student at University of South Carolina Todd was introduced to the real estate investment arena and has made a successful career from that introduction. Todd resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Shannon and their 2 children Anna Kate (5) and Ally (3).

Kyle G. Putnam serves as Investment & Asset Manager for Colonial Commercial’s investment division and Broker-In-Charge for Colonial Commercial’s brokerage arm.  Kyle is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and underwriting potential investment opportunities for Colonial.  He also focuses on the capitalization of  all acquisitions through the debt and equity markets. Prior to joining Colonial, Kyle served as Development Associate for Agnew Development, a retail and multifamily development company.  While at Agnew Development, Kyle obtained his  Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.  Kyle also holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Carolina, a South Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and was recently certified as a specialist in Debt Workout, Transactions and Repositioning of Distressed Assets.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Kyle currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina.

David R. Rosenberg, CPA
David graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate.  David holds a Certified Public Accountant designation and  has over 12 years of real estate accounting experience.  David began his career at Brigman, Holcombe and Weeks which merged with Elliott Davis in 2001.  David previously worked as Controller for a regional residential developer, managing a loan portfolio in excess of 50MM. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the South Carolina Society of CPA’s.   David serves on the Young CPA Cabinet for the State Society and is a volunteer with the Masters in Real Estate Development Program at Clemson University. David currently provides outsourced controller services to commercial and residential development clients.  In addition, David performs tax compliance services for numerous real estate partnerships and individuals involved in real estate development. David lives in Greer with his wife and daughter.

John H. Saunders II served ten years as an officer and aviator in the U.S. Air Force and continues to maintain an international rating as a professional pilot.  John was recently President of CAGE International, LLC, a marketing and product development firm.  John began in residential investment real estate in 1992 and began structuring commercial real estate investment transactions in 2004.  John received a B.A. from the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration from The Citadel.  John has served on the Board of Directors of four companies and currently serves as Treasurer for The Blade Junior Golf Classic.  John resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife Dana, daughter Sydney (13), and son Logan (11).

Graham Worsham – Graham serves as a Commercial Broker for Colonial, specializing in the sales and leasing of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. Prior to joining Colonial, Graham was a Sales Executive at The Cliffs Communities, which was named World’s Best International Development in 2007. Graham has participated in commercial and residential development projects across the Southeast, specializing in project management and sales. Graham earned a degree in Business Administration at The University of Mississippi, with a concentration in Real Estate and Marketing. While at Mississippi, Graham was a member of the men’s golf team. Graham resides in Greenville, SC.

Robert J. McGihon – Vice President, Investments

Robert “Bobby” McGihon is responsible for managing the capitalization of the firm’s acquisitions and developments. His responsibilities also include investor relations and assisting in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities. Through his career, Mr. McGihon has worked as an investment officer and project manager on acquisitions and existing assets in excess of $250 million.

Most recently, Bobby was an investment officer at Vesta Equity, a Sarasota, FL based private equity firm.  While at Vesta, he was instrumental in establishing its equity platform and led the acquisition/equity placement of assets valued at over $200 million, including over 1,000 apartments and 250,000 square feet of office space throughout the Southeast and Texas.

Bobby holds a B.S. in Management from Penn State University (2003), where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.  He also earned a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from The University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies in 2010.  Bobby is a licensed broker in South Carolina.  He and his wife, Ansley, currently reside in Charleston, SC.

Linda Michalove - Linda serves as Property Manager for Colonial Management, LLC. With over 15 years experience in commercial and residential property management, Linda handles all management functions including collections, oversight of service providers, regularly scheduled maintenance, monthly accounting, owner reporting, tenant communication and residential leasing.
